A nature scavenger hunt is an exciting way for a Young Eco Leader to explore the natural environment
Studies show that learning about nature and connecting with the natural environment supports happiness and health, reduces stress, enhances concentration, and boosts learning. Learn more about all of the benefits of exploring and enjoying nature here.
One great way to explore your natural surroundings is to complete a nature scavenger hunt. What exciting things can you find? For an extra challenge, make your scavenger hunt more detailed. For example, look for specific plant and animal species.
Once you've collected your items, can you use them to create art or do research?
Don't forget to send us a photo of you completing your scavenger hunt. Make sure to tag @peancorg and #PEAYoungLeaders to be entered into the weekly Young Eco Leaders Raffle.
