A: As a current commissioner, I have advocated for increase monthly food benefits, our DHHS are in the community providing healthy food to constituents in food deserts

A: We have begun to implement solar plans and the use of the energy saving mechanism to conserve energy in County facilities.

A: We are collaborating with other municipalities on how we can partner to provide more access and create equitable use of our transportation services and use of the streets.

A: We hired an Environmental Protection Director recently to assist with protecting our most sacred resources.

A: I am very policy driven and share in the experience of environmental racism. I will always use my voice to advocate alongside organizations that support these efforts.
