Join PLC for a paddle trip down the Dan River in Rockingham County. We’ll paddle by one of our most recent and largest conservation projects – the 1,728 acre Dan River Game Land. PLC Board Member Will Truslow will guide us from Settles Bridge for a 6-mile trip alongside this protected property.
Three Rivers Outfitters LLC will provide boats and shuttle (or bring your own) – $40/single or $50/double canoe or kayak. Participants who have their own boat (and life jacket) can pay a $5 charge for shuttling.
Specific put-in location will be sent to registered participants before the event.
