The Acorn Center for Wholeness will gather local organizations to consider strategies for the year ahead, building on small local victories and asking how we can create a network of support across many of the movements, actions, and organizations seeking to create change in the Winston-Salem area.
They have invited panelists from Camel City Indivisible, Siembra NC, and North Carolina Tenants Union to reflect on these questions. Group discussion will then consider ways to develop a non-hierarchical way to connect the various efforts for awareness and support as we continue our essential work of standing up for human dignity and human rights and the institutions critical to our democracy.
