An interest meeting about the Beat The Heat program, which is a program for middle school aged students looking to learn more about different kinds of trees in urban Greensboro spaces and why they are needed, will be held at the Kathleen Clay Edwards Family Branch Library October 22nd from 6-7pm. This interest meeting will go over the program for students and their parents, detailing how over the course of the school year, students can learn more about the neccessity of green urban spaces in Greensboro.
