Join the N.C. Cooperative Extension on July 23rd to explore some school garden activities, focusing on soil, bugs, pollinators and composting!
Although school isn't in session, it is never to early to start planning more school garden activities for next year! In this workshop, we will walk through a variety of activities for youth and school gardens that can be adapted across grade levels and school contexts. Activities will focus on bugs, soil ecology and soil health, and composting. We will walk through activities in groups and discuss how they can be implemented in the garden.
