Get Creative with a Collaborative Project at the Earth Day Fair.
Artists Mona King and Stewart Knight, along with our volunteers, will assist community members in assembling a beautiful piece of artwork with an Earth Day theme.
The piece will come together through the use of upcycled and leftover art supplies. The theme and imagery will symbolize the rejuvenation of spring as well as the diverse landscapes—beach, forest, mountains—of North Carolina. After the fair, the finalized art will be on display in a public, community centered space so that it can be enjoyed for several months to come.
