City of Winston-Salem/Stormwater Division

The Division's mission is to restore, protect, and preserve the surface waters within the City of Winston-Salem and to maintain, repair, map, and evaluate drainage systems within the street right-of-way.  As part of their mission, they encourage residents to participate in a variety of volunteer opportunities, including the Adopt A Stream program, the Storm Drain Marker program, and Lenny's Water Watch, a citizens water quality monitoring group.  For more information go to www.stormwatersmart.com or call 336-747-6960.
