Tree Ordinance Status

On June 10, at the regular meeting of the Community Development/ Housing/ General Government Committee, the Planning Board Staff did a presentation on the Tree Ordinance Draft to City Council members. In July, it will be presented at Work Sessions of the City County Planning Board for review. Later, the CCPB will place it on a CCPB Hearing date for a Public Hearing. Work Sessions are not Public Hearings, but may be attended by interested persons. Planning Director Paul Norby indicated that it might well be October before the Tree Ordinance goes to City Council.
