Thank you for your interest in hosting a booth at the 5th annual Piedmont Earth Day Fair. We are excited to be producing one of the largest Earth Day fairs in the state.

Mission
The mission of the Fair is to educate the public on how to live sustainably. Living sustainably requires that human activity consume nature's resources at a rate that can be replenished naturally. We are seeking booth participants whose messages will reinforce our mission.
Check In
Exhibitors will be required to check in no later than 8:30 am and stay until 5 pm. No exceptions. The event will be held rain or shine. The Fair will be outside on Davis field (a larger location than last year). We have reserved indoor space in the event of severe weather.
Booths
Booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet. Booth space rental includes one 8 ft table and two chairs. Participants must provide their own tents, if desired. PEA highly encourages the use of tents to protect from sun and rain. The Fair will remain outside if there is light rain or passing showers. Your booth will be located on grass.
Zero Waste
This will be a Zero-Waste event. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a comprehensive vendor packet to assist you in this goal.
Registration
The exhibitor fee does not include membership. PEA members receive a discount on the price of their booth. If your organization is not already a member, or your membership expires before April 17, 2010, you can join or renew as part of your registration. Joining PEA is optional and not required to host a booth. To inquire about the status of your membership, please email Amy Oves, Membership Coordinator, at AOves@peaNC.org.
Registration Deadline
Although we are moving to a larger, more easily accessible location within the Wake Forest campus, we are not increasing the number of booth spots available. We sold out of booth space the last two years, so book your spaces early. A late fee of $10 per booth space will be added after February 19, 2010, if any spaces remain at that time.
