Learn to Cook Local with Mary Haglund of Winston-Salem's Breakfast of Course! (Mary's Too)

Tuesday, February 7, 2012 - 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Cobblestone Farmer's Market might be sleeping for the winter, but that doesn't mean you can't eat locally in the off season!  Cultivate Piedmont, the same program that puts on the Cobblestone Farmer's Market brings you the next installment in their Learn to Cook Local cooking class series.  Come learn how to cook seasonally appropriate winter dishes from Mary Haglund, owner of Winston-Salem's Breakfast of Course! (Mary's Too).  Mary is a dedicated Cobblestone patron, and Cobblestone vendors are always on the menu at her restaurant (which was doing fresh, local and from scratch long before it was cool!)  Class includes take home recipes and a meal. Spaces are limited and registration and pre-payment is required so please sign up soon!

When: Tuesday, February 7th from 6:00-800pm
Where: Forsyth County Agricultural Building, 1450 Fairchild Road
Cost: $20 per person
